At age 16 I received my first Coaching Accreditation as a Rugby League Coach. Fast forward 36 years and I am still a coach. It's my passion. It's my life.
I have spent more than three decades coaching at the highest level in professional rugby, professional football, and with private clients and teams in the corporate space. I've coached at the pinnacle of International Rugby with the British and Irish Lions. I've worked in the English Football Premiership, and helped London Wasps and Leicester Tigers to dominate English Rugby in the early 2002. And I've guided International Rugby Teams in their preparation at five Rugby World Cups (Ireland, Wales, Georgia, Uruguay, and Chile).
I've also spent the last 8-10 years working as a Leadership Mentor to professional men both as a 121 mentor and as a group facilitator. This work is humbling and has become a big part of my life's mission.
